Shipping in Australia
Complimentary free standard shipping for all orders above $75 will be provided within Australia.
Orders placed before 12 PM AEST on business days will be dispatched on the same day, unless stated otherwise. Orders placed after 12 PM AEST will be dispatched the following business day, unless stated otherwise.
The approximate shipping time-frames by Australia Post are stated below.
- Standard shipping will take 3-6 business days
- Express shipping will take 1-3 business days
Please note that Australia Post are experiencing some delivery delays due to COVID-19 pandemic.

All our orders will be shipped from Brisbane, Australia.
The time-frames given above are provided by our Australia Post. Most products do reach within the time-frame stated. However, Omana Store is not responsible for any delays once the order has been dispatched from our warehouse.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and instructions on how to track your order.
Once your order has been received, please check that your product is not damaged. If your product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately for more information.
Duty and Taxes
All orders are shipped from Brisbane, Australia. International orders may be subject to additional tax & duties applied by your local customs office. Thus, we advise you to check whether local tax or duties may be applied to your order before making any purchases from our website. Omana Store Pty Ltd is not responsible for any duties or tax applied to your order by the local authorities.
In the event that you refuse to pay any tax & duties applied to your order, Australia Post will attempt to return your order back to us. If successful, a refund will be processed. However, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.
Some countries may not allow your order to be returned for failure to pay tax & duty in which case a refund is not guaranteed.
Returns and Exchanges
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or faulty product, you can exchange your item within 14 days of purchase. To report such a matter, kindly contact firstname.lastname@example.org with evidence of fault or damage.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Omana store beauty devices come with a standard 1 year warranty. If you believe that your product has become faulty under normal working conditions within the specified warranty period, kindly contact email@example.com with the following details:

- Reason for return
- Proof of fault

Please note that the warranty does not apply if there is damage due to misuse of the product, product failure due to unauthorised repair of the product or damage by natural forces or external causes such as fires, etc.
